Getting a Bass to Bangladesh from America

Many people play interments as do I. I play some guitar and i am learning bass and when i asked one of my friends where i could buy one here (in Bangladesh) he said and i quote,"Don't buy it here buy it from America or like Singapore." 

after that i said to my-self i shouldn't be that hard to get a bass over from the US or Singapore. but i was totally WRONG. If you are going to get a bass from the US or Singapore first since you don't live there you need someone that lives there that know about bass's to buy one for you. then you need to have someone bring it over to Bangladesh and right now i am just working on finding someone to get it over to B-desh (Bangladesh) and if anyone knows anyone that is coming and that they could buy one for beginners PLEASE TELL ME!!!
